Our mission is develop youth and young adults through sports performance training, programs, events, and more. All in effort to keep them on positive paths and guide them to become prosperous people as they grow older in athletics and in the real world.

I.A.C understands the importance of athletic education. Many life lessons echos through athletic participation. We believe that knowledge is power. When you teach an athlete how to perform efficiently and effectively they'll be able to perform in sports competition and in life.  Athletics is physical, mental, and spiritual. Athletes must both be able to perform physical athletic movements as well as thinking on the fly. Mentally processing split-second decisions and making the right decisions during competitive moments is key to an athletes' success. If an athlete is educated correctly this thinking process becomes quicker, eventually adapting to become a second nature response, and further creating better overall athletes and human.

About Sports Personal Trainer

I've been training for my whole life. My first word was ball. Since I could remember, I've always been passionate about playing sports and filled my time with athletic programs to gain experience for my future. No one ever pushed me to work out or play sports; this was something that came naturally to me. The excitement of participating in a competitive sport gave me a sense of adrenaline rush. That rush drove my ambition to stay self-motivated and develop my skills as I continued to grow.

Growing up, I labeled myself an athlete and felt it was necessary to play my favorite sports year-round; otherwise, I couldn't consider myself an athlete. That was my one promise to myself. My favorite sports were and still are; football, basketball, and weight lifting. Some other sports I ventured into growing up and had some success in were baseball, track and field, and soccer. Athletics has always been apart of me and has shaped how I view life. I remember in my younger days, going to practice my craft with the mind of becoming the best at parks, while others named called me. I remember asking my 8th-grade PE teacher if he could open the weight room during lunch hours so I could work out and get an early jump on the other rising 8th graders. I remember striving to always work the hardest on my high school team with the mindset that you can't lead your team unless you have their respect. So I worked my ass off to be one of the best players on the team. Similar situations to these shaped how I view the world and remind me of the greatness within myself and within us all.

My name is Kyani Harris, and I grew up in San Francisco, California. I lived in numerous different project sections around the city before settling with my family in the Bayview-Hunters Point area. Some may consider this the stereotype of a ghetto, but it's been home to me throughout my developing years. Growing up in the city, attending programs, schools, and sports clubs have shaped me and allowed me to make many friends and build bonds. Some of these friends I've made pulled to the street life, which caused our ties to disappear, being that our focus was on different things. I used sports to remain focused from the many distractions that the city life has to offer. I accomplished this by having a long term vision and goal for my future self. I achieved many things in my life because of this and became the strong, knowledgable man I am today. Because of my many athletic experiences, I can pass down knowledge to the next generations.

I started playing organized sports when I was 7, beginning with Pop Warner football. I played every year through middle school up until high school. During my middle school years, I played football, basketball and ran track and field. I also played AAU for a few years during the summertime. During this time, I developed and gained tons of knowledge that made me more experienced and prepared for my high school athletics. I attended Jefferson high school, where I was one of their star players. I played under great coaches such as Ako Poti, both father, and son, Nick Chenault, John Falabella, Kenny Holmes, Simi Kofi, and many more awesome coaches. I played basketball, football and ran track for my school while playing AAU during the summertime and in other showcases and summer leagues during my offseason moments. I had a few offers out of high school for football and a few junior colleges for basketball. I ended up deciding to take my talent to City College of San Francisco. I played football under the historical George Rush, Andre Allen, Jimmy Collins, Dan Hayes, and Eduardo Nuno. I am truly thankful for that decision and my junior college experience. I learned so many small details that enhanced my game and knowledge at that level and the next.

During my two years at CCSF, I played in two state championship games. The first year was against Mt. San Antonio College from So Cal and then Bakersfield the following year. 2011 we won the championship over Mt. SAC at CCSF. In 2012, we lost to Bakersfield, but I played a good game, broke records, socred twice, and racked up 244 yards off 22 catches in just one game. A few months later, I was recruited by Mike Sandford, who coached at Utah State, and was later offered a job to change schools to Indiana State University. He met my family and me personally and offered me a full-ride scholarship, and I accepted.

In my first season in college, I started for the first five games and threw up decent numbers with the talent I had around me. I ran into some trouble after the fifth week, which caused me to miss two games. The week I was supposed to return, my position coach and I got into a dispute during a film session that resulted in another suspension, this time for the remaining season. This was extremely tough for me to deal with, and I had to choose to switch schools or stay and prepare for the next season. I preserved and stayed, so I worked towards gaining my team's respect again while settling to be more of a team player. I helped my team make the playoffs, which hadn't been done for ten years. During my first year there, we went 1-11, and before that season, ISU hadn't won many games. I believe they recruited me because they realized I would change the dynamics of their team, and I did. I drew pride in strengthening their squad.

While I was at Indiana state, I made ESPN three times, ask to be apart of press conference interviews post-game,

I was mentioned in the newspaper write-ups and had an NFL try-out opportunity. After college football, I moved back to San Francisco to complete my internship, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Sports Management. I worked as a PE assistant and shadowed the PE teacher at my former high school. I also helped coach the JV football team and led my own fitness class for the football teams. I also coached and assisted other coaches with the SF Brown Bomber Football Tiny-mite and Cadet teams in which my son was a part of. (2017-2018)

We went 10-0 the first year, winning the championship and 9-3 the following year, losing the championship game. During this time-frame, I also played two years of semi-pro football to collect film for my NFL endeavors. I was referred by a friend to try coaching through CoachUp, a platform that links coaches to athletes. This is where I began coaching and training athletes in different sports. I felt I outgrew CoachUp when my clientele expanded and decided to go independent. I am now polishing my skillset and improving as an athlete and trainer. At the same time, I train mentally and physically every day to hopefully make it to the NFL someday.

My goal is to provide the next generation with what I wish I had growing up. I'm a firm believer in learning. I feel that better teaching breeds better students. Better guidance from experienced coaches and trainers will foster dominant athletes and better athletes.

Due to my athletics involvement, I've met many great people, developed mental, physical, and spiritual skills, traveled around the US, and competed against the global talent pool. I am blessed to have worked with numerous great coaches. I've won championship games, and I've loss championship games. I earned a high school diploma, a junior college degree, a full-ride athletic scholarship for football, and a bachelor's degree graduating from a university. I've also been blessed to be able to perform in front of packed stadiums with thousands in attendance. I've made ESPN multiple times, newspaper story headlines. I developed as a young father and am still growing into a man who is viewed as a positive role model and a holy man by his son, city, and global audience.
